When will my order arrive?
We custom mix each order and most orders are shipped within five business days. Some paint formulas take research so it may take up to 10 business days before we have the information to make your order. When you check the status of your order, it will tell you how many orders are in front of you and the number of business days until your order ships. The number of days shown is approximate and it can depend on how fast we are processing the orders in front of you.
If you order spray cans, they are shipped via the UPS and you will also receive a tracking number and an expected delivery date. If you order paint pens or brush cap bottles, these ship via the USPS and no tracking information is available. Once your order is made, you can check here for approximate shipping times.
Please note: Spring and Summer are very busy at PaintScratch and we are often working seven days a week to process and ship order.
